Alright shopaholics and shoe lovers, I found an amazing site that I just had to share with you.  Those that have an addiction to designer names at sale prices gilt.com is for you.  They have everything from designer heels to designer baby and kids, even for the home.

You are informed when a sale is about to hit so you have time before sell outs.  There is featured womens sales, mens sales, home sales, and baby/kid sales.  Of course I went to the shoes and pair that would have been $995 was only $345, that is a huge price cut. 

I couldn't believe all the names I was seeing and just the shoes alone had me reeling and chomping at the bit.  I picked my 4 favorite beauties I came across.  I don't think I will ever have the pleasure of owning them but a girl can dream can't she?!!!

How can could I pass these babes up and not give them the attention they so deserve?!  The embossed leather with the leopard print makes crave subtle drama these babes give off.  Why can't they be mine?!!!

Who needs an ankle strap when you have this beautiful woven cut out at the ankle?  It's almost like after putting them on you are transformed into a goddess everyone will envy.  My hands were shaking just gazing at them.

I saw these and couldn't help but think of a fellow shoe lover.  She loves ankle straps.  As if the ankle strap weren't enough, the hanging charm gives them the perfect amount of flare.  The metallic leather trim does it for me but I was sold at the bordeax snakeskin.

I hit the floor and my jaw dropped when I saw these!  They were made for me, it was like fate bringing us together.  Why do I torture myself?!  The suede with the red and black crystal embellishments are genius and I can't tear my eyes away.  Talk about shoe heart attack!!!

I don't know about you all but I am over the nasty weather!  I am ready for the sun and clear blue skies.  I have been bad trying to sneak in pops of color into my outfits trying to get out of the cold weather blues. 

I have been noticing most of the spring collections that are due to come out are loaded with bright colors.  This excites me I can't wait.  Bright bold colors and dramatic prints are going to be the high light for spring this year. 

I needed cheering up so I went to one of my favorite websites, charlotterusse.com!  I found us some awesome heels that are loaded with color.  I felt I had to share the enjoyment with you!

This heel I would love to wear right now!  I love the bright emerald color and the snakeskin gives them that dramatic edge that I love.  I am also a huge fan of the almond toe, I feel like it makes my feet look smaller!!  I'm a 10!

I don't know what it is with me and red.  I get this feeling inside of me every time I see a shoe in bright red.  It is like a rush of instant want and desire.  I have to say this heel did just that.  I love the pieced look and of course the almond toe.  They got my blood flowing and heart pumping!!!

You can never go wrong with cobalt blue when it comes to shoes.  So much drama and richness is brought to a heel when dressed in this bold, fierce color.   The color really brings out the style of the shoe in a fantastic way.  Makes me think of blue skies behind these dark clouds.

I love the way the suede and the emerald color sort of play off each other.  The suede softens the emerald and makes me think of ocean water on a beautiful bright day.  It's almost like they have picked me up and carried me to a beach in Florida!!!

Window Shopping

Not too long ago I went to the mall with my bestie.  I for one hate shopping with no cash to get anything, ugh!!  We went into Body Central, I love this shop!!  The cutest outfits.  So I go in the back, low and behold I find some gorgeous babes for my feet.  Let me tell you how hard it was to walk out of there and leave them just sitting on the shelf.  Poor things just wanted to come home with me but I couldn't. 

I'm sure I'm not the only one this happens to.  I feel like the shoes actually talk to me like, you know you want me just put me on see how I look and feel!!  Here are my 4 favorites out of the wall of beauties they had to chose from.

 

 

 

I saw these first and it was love at first site.  My heart rate went up and I couldn't put them down once I picked them up.  I remember yelling across the shop at my bestie to come look at them, ha!! 

 

 

 

Omg!!  We all know red is my color.  My eyes instantly connected to these sexy luscious knockouts.  They are soft like Red Velvet cake and as yummy lol!!  It was hard letting them go, almost felt a tear.

 

 

These buckled booties are hot.  I love the stacked heel and platform with the light brown and the buckles give them a little edge while looking clean and classy!!  Great multi-purpose bootie to have in my collection.

 

 

Lace up these bad girls to my feet.  Love the cut out on the side, it's like a little sexy peek without giving too much away, hehe!!  Black can make any shoes look stunning.  I would wear these on a night out with the girls, hmmm I wonder how many numbers I could get with these heart breakers on!

Get Ready for Spring with Alberto Moretti

Since spring isn't too far, I had the idea of getting a sneak peak into some of the collections set to come out in spring.  Boy did I find so many that I love!!!  Sad but true I had to narrow it down to one.  I knew Albero Moretti was my pick from the moment I saw his beauties.  His design and use of color had me at first glance.

Come spring they will be jaw droppers.  I am so in love and you will see why.  His collection is for any avid shoe addict.  He will leave you craving more and dreaming about his babes all spring...or maybe forever?!

 

 

This is hands down one of my favorite T-strap heels.  I am a lover of animal print so it is no wonder they caught my eye!  Sexy, cute, and edgy.  I want to start spring off with the bang these give.  The Blue and the bright yellow together are a perfect color combo for this shoe, it's exciting and really makes a statement!!

 

 

 

 

 

We already know why this one got featured!!  You mix red and black and animal print and I'm your girl.  This shoe gets my heart pumping the red just pops and in return makes the leopard print pop.  These are a for sure eyegasm and I can't stop looking!!!  Flirty, exotic, and intriguing.  I can't get enough, can you?!

 

I absolutely love this combination of color and print.  I can't but want these beauties now, hurry up spring!!  The design is like a maze of wonder you just get lost in.  The "BAM" of the red of course gets my motors going and the print still finds a way to let it's self shine.  How far away is spring?!!!

 

Can we say party on my feet and these babes are invited.  These have the attitude I crave in a shoe and I would love to have them strapped on me!!  I see these taking me on the most spontanious and wild adventures, a journey I definitely want to be on.  Take me baby take me!!!!

 

I love how the bow was done on this heel, makes it so freakin sexy.  This heel is so full of fun and glamor.  They have the good girl/bad girl attiude that kind of sneaks up on you, you don't expect it at first.  Good girl at first sight, bad girl the more you keep looking and get to know it!!  I game that can be fun to play =)  and yes I want to play!

Shoe York!

Our friend and blogger Sarah just returned from New York ... or, rather, Shoe York! She loved it, of course, and has this to share with us:

Last week I was able to take a solo trip to New York which I was stoked about. It was my first time and I had no idea how to get anywhere or where to go but that was the fun of it all. When the opportunity presented itself I made it my mission to find fabulous shoes to photograph.

 Only problem was didn't know where they were and I was only there for 2 nights. I landed in New York in the late evening so had the cab take me straight to the hotel and decided dinner and bed was in order.

 I could sit here and write all day about the overwhelming feelings you have when you first get into the city and see it for the first time in your life. There are no words for it. When I woke the next morning I decided after getting myself ready I would go and explore since it would be my only full day there.

 So I headed out and walked around and after about an hour of walking around 7th ave. I decided to hit Central Park since my hotel was only 4 blocks from it. That park is seriously mind blowing and I had a great experience visiting it.

On my walk back from the park, mind you I was in 3 1/2 inch heel boots lol, I had it in my mind I was going to eat and explore the city more. After walking forever and being so far from my hotel I found P Luca Milano and let me tell you I am in love. Not only did I find some heels that were jaw dropping I found the boots of my dreams like they were made just for me!!! Here are my P Luca Milano findings that I just had to share with you!!

Wild Animals!

Everyone has that inner wild animal inside screaming to come out. I wanted to have fun with this one and make it all about animal print. I don't know what it is but I am obsessed and addicted to animal print.

I feel like I have, in the past year, started show casing my personality in my shoes and my style. My bestie mentioned I should dedicate a post to just animal print and my mind just went crazy. I didn't want to pick just any heel with the print, I wanted the ones I picked to captivate me and make my thoughts go wild as I look at them. I believe shoes tell a story. Each one has it's own tale that it's desperately trying to get out. If we listen we will allow ourselves into that story. Dark, mysterious, and intriguing. They are commanding a night of thrills and deep adventure. My eyes are begging for mercy, but I can't release my gaze off the truly stunning master pieces. They are handmade which blows my mind. The carving of the scorpion on the platform and the python skin on the vamp leave much to be desired. These venomous witches are not for the faint of heart.
