What Shoes are Best for Summer at the Office?

Thankfully, the always on point Belle of Capitol Hill Style has some great suggestions for Summer Office Shoes.

While we're not a big fan of kitten heels (what's the point?) we do like her discussion of how to choose the right flats for summer office wear.

Note:  Flip flops are NOT shoes and should NOT be worn at the office.  Ever.  Never.

Casual Friday Shoes

So, Monday through Thursday I typically wear a suit.  And when I do, I wear black dress shoes -- the kind with laces!

But, today is Friday.  I'm wearing a shirt with a button-down collar and khakis.  And loafers. 

To be more specific, they are cordovan loafers -- Kenneth Cole "On Key"

They are comfortable, look great, and are still dressy enough for the business setting and/or after work activities on a Friday.  A good transitional shoe to take you into the weekend.
